Ana graduated with honours from the M-DCPS. Through scholarships she got her degrees in engineering and then law at UM. She also did a master's degree in electrical engineering at FIU. She currently chairs the Jose Milton Foundation, is co-founder of the Cecil and Ana Milton Family Foundation, and heads Corporate Social Responsibility for the Milton family's company, United Property Management. With a background in engineering, Ana is passionate about encouraging women and minorities to enter STEM fields.

Eduardo Maruri Miranda is the founder and president of the first Ecuadorian advertising agency to receive a Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2012, Maruri Grey Ecuador. That would be the first of the 40 Cannes Lions that this agency would conquer in its wake. He was leader at the multinational Grey Latin America and then, around 2016, at Grey Europe. He is currently the President of the Jury for the Sustainable Development Category at the Cannes Lions Festival.
