The Caribbean Ocean Conservation Initiative represents nearly two decades of work to protect the region's collapsing marine ecosystems while placing coastal communities at the center of conservation. Through the establishment of Marine Protected Areas, shark sanctuaries, a USD 50M regional conservation trust fund, and innovative blue economy financing across five countries, the Initiative has delivered measurable environmental and social impact across the Caribbean.
