Diego is a leader who is passionate about development and public-private cooperation in Latin America. His vision for the future encompasses key agendas such as technological governance, innovation, sustainable development and inclusive growth. As a specialist in international development and public policies, he has led strategic projects and collaborated closely with governments, international organizations and the private sector.

Diego has addressed the challenges and opportunities of the region on regional and global platforms such as the World Economic Forum, and collaborating with regional multilateral organizations, promoting change and impact at the international level. His experience in public administration, development consulting and international cooperation makes him an invaluable asset for our Advisory Board.

With a solid academic background, Diego holds a master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, received a Fulbright grant and other awards from the U.S. Department of State. Department of State and has been a Fellow in Global Leadership of the World Economic Forum, where he is currently Deputy Director for Latin America.
