Este proyecto transforma los contaminantes del agua y el aire en oxígeno y productos de alto valor de manera natural. Esta categoría tiene tanta importancia como el agua misma y tiene un ganador que vela por la purificación del agua y el oxígeno con organismos vivos. ALIS – Algae Innovations Solutions is a biotech start-up developing green processes which use living organisms (microalgae) to generate value through contamination. This project transforms water and air contaminants into oxygen and high-value products naturally. This category is as important as water itself and has a winner that looks after water and oxygen purification with living organisms.

Congratulations to @pao_rdgzt for winning the Biodiversity: Fauna category. Restauración Coralinas: acciones y retos futuros is a coral restoration project in the Mexican Pacific. By planting corals, it has contributed to the rehabilitation of coral communities. It has a model based on increasing ecological integrity, respect for the biological characteristics of each site, sustainability and the promotion of citizen participation. In this category, the aim was to find actions, products, or any idea that emphasizes the preservation and assets of the different types of fauna. This project meets the standards and beyond.

Conservación, propagación y comercio de la Flor de Inírida is a project dedicated to the conservation, propagation, and care of two endemic species of the Inírida Flower: the winter and summer species. Through organic and sustainable cultivation, they have turned the flower into the region's emblem, ending the extreme exploitation of the land and building a legacy for the indigenous resistance. This category aims to promote the protection, restoration and sustainable use of our land and forests. We are incredibly proud that a project meets all the standards to win this award.

Its objective is to build and replicate a sustainable fishery management model by training fishing crews to identify species and release the top marine predators. We are proud this project meets the standards to win this recognition, especially one as necessary as the conservation and exploitation control of the seas and oceans.

It is a sustainable mobility project that installs solar traffic lights integrated with IoT and AI.
