Tara Nolan is a global brand and business development leader helping creative businesses scale worldwide. She is the Chief Global Growth Officer of BeenThereDoneThat (B.T.D.T.). She was V.P.V.P. of Global Growth & Communications at Havas Media Group (Vivendi), Global Director of Brand & Business Development at MullenLowe Group (I.P.G.), and held positions at P.H.D. Media, and GroupM. Tara has been featured in media such as Thrive Global, and Forbes, and co-authored a white paper supporting the UN SDGs. Tara has an MBA. and a BS in Business and Music. A New York native, she's a certified yogi that loves travel.

Roberto Manrique


Roberto is a renowned actor who developed his television career mainly at Telemundo, working on multiple productions. His incursion into cinema as an actor and producer in the film Translúcido took him to the 2018 Goya Awards. He won the Latin Ace Award from the Screenwriters Association in New York and recently the TVyNovelas Award in the category "Favorite Supporting Actor in a Telenovela" in Colombia. Recognized as a humanitarian in socio-environmental issues and education, he founded Desafío Ecuador. This foundation built the "Escuela del Matal" and educates more than 530 children, youth and adults. Roberto actively uses his social media platforms to contribute and inspire social change and environmental development.

Eduardo Maruri Miranda is an Ecuadorian businessman, President and founder of Maruri Grey Ecuador. He was President of Guayaquil’s Chamber of Commerce, a Congressman, and President of an Ecuadorian soccer team. Maruri Grey was the first Ecuadorian Advertising Agency to receive a Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2012. Today Maruri Grey has won more than 40 Cannes Lions. From 2016 to 2018, before moving to London as leader of Grey Europe, Eduardo led Grey Latin America. Currently, Eduardo is the President of the Jury for the Cannes Lions Festival’s Sustainable Development Category.
